Garry Rhoden

Garry Rhoden

I’m Garry Rhoden. I grew up in a small town in the rural south that taught hard work and common sense. Before entering the legal profession, I worked as a laborer in the phosphate mines and loading docks, lifeguard, waiter, and even as a janitor. Since those days, however, I have 25 years of experience in the legal profession, primarily working on cases involving nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. I defended these facilities at first, but after seeing the injustices done, and my own father victimized, I knew I needed to switch sides, fill a need, and do what I could to help those victimized by big business and the investors who operate most of these facilities in the United States. Since then, and for 20 years now, I have represented victims of nursing home and assisted living facility abuse and neglect. I’m also proud to say that I’m one of the few attorneys in the country who has tried and arbitrated to verdicts on elder abuse and neglect cases in multiple jurisdictions.

My litigation experience is broad, and over my career, I’ve handled cases involving domestic relations, criminal defense, contract disputes, class actions, real estate disputes, business disputes, the sale of unsuitable investment securities to investors, professional negligence involving attorneys, hospitals, medical clinics, and physicians, and cases involving defective products such as medical devices, agricultural equipment, pharmaceuticals, and recreational and industrial products. I also take on personal Injury cases.

I’ve recovered tens of millions of dollars in claims and judgments for my clients, taken or defended hundreds of depositions, been lead counsel in over 150 hearings and mediations, and served as trial counsel in numerous trials and arbitrations.

Raised in the Midwest, my journey into becoming a personal injury attorney in the Denver metro area is fueled by a deep-seated desire to swiftly assist those facing urgent challenges. Growing up, my inclination to help others was nurtured while caring for seniors in a nursing home, where their life struggles became my inspiration.

From the profound lessons learned serving in the Air Force to poignant moments as an emergency dispatcher, safeguarding lives has been my calling. Armed with a passion for law, I’ve dedicated myself to advocating for fairness and justice.

I prioritize personal connections with clients, allowing me to understand their personal struggle. Ensuring fairness from insurers and accountability from wrongdoers is my commitment. My team and I aim to provide compassionate and tailored legal support, focusing on individual needs.

Each client’s experience is unique and invaluable, and my passion lies in lending a voice to these narratives.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children. I also enjoy getting out into nature to enjoy the time away from the city, and to hunt and fish.
